Bay Tower Lounge sits on the quiet shores of Harbor Island, where the water meets a thoughtfully crafted culinary experience. We opened our doors with a simple conviction: that everyday moments — a morning pastry, an evening glass of wine, a carefully chosen pantry staple — deserve to be extraordinary.

Our bakery team begins each day before dawn, shaping sourdough, laminating croissants, and glazing donuts by hand. Our grocery selection mirrors the same standard — locally sourced, thoughtfully curated, and presented with the care we'd expect ourselves.
